Our Value Proposition
As a member of a Global Network, we have offices in every major airport in the world. We offer air consolidation and forwarding and provide customer‑specific airfreight programs to shippers of all sizes. We understand air freight is a premium and costly service, so our program focuses on quick transit, constant communication and the ability to seize cost‑saving opportunities.

Air freight forwarding, end to end.
We coordinate the shipment from origin to destination, airport to airport or door to door. Depending on what you need, pickup, ground transport, airport handling, customs clearance, temporary storage, distribution and tracking go on the same file.
- Ground transport and local drayage to the airport, on the same operation
- AWB tracking through the airlines’ platforms and our customer portal
- Airport handling
- Customs clearance on the same file
- Documents, packaging and restrictions checked before your cargo reaches the terminal
- Airport to airport, airport to door
- Door to airport, door to door
- Temporary storage and distribution when the shipment needs it
- Next Flight Out, and hand carriers for cargo that travels with a courier
Air freight is priced by chargeable kilo: the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, with a minimum per shipment. Beyond the air rate, a quote can carry fuel, security, terminal handling, documentation, inspection, storage, customs clearance and ground transport charges.
Customs clearance on the same shipment we fly
We are a licensed US customs broker and we file entries under our own filer code, 9NW. The air movement and the clearance sit with one company, on one file. On the Mexican side we coordinate the clearance with a licensed Mexican customs broker. We also run the ground transport on both sides of the border and the warehousing in El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, so the cargo does not change hands between companies at the crossing.
Questions about international air freight
Do you clear customs on the same shipment you fly?
Yes. We are a licensed US customs broker and we file under our own filer code, 9NW, so the entry and the air movement stay on one file. On the Mexican side we coordinate the clearance with a licensed Mexican customs broker.
How is air freight priced?
By chargeable kilo: the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, with a minimum charge per shipment. A quote can also carry fuel, security, terminal handling, documentation, inspection, storage, customs clearance and ground transport charges, plus specialized handling when the cargo needs it.
How long does international air freight take?
A standard intercontinental service usually runs 5 to 7 days. An express service can bring that down to 2 or 3 days. The exact time depends on the origin, the destination and flight availability.
How do you keep transit times short?
We work with several airlines, so we can choose the routing that recovers the most time in your supply chain rather than the first aircraft out. Before your cargo reaches the terminal we check that the documents are complete, that the packaging meets the airline’s requirements and that nothing is pending. When a flight fills up or a document is questioned, we look at other flights, other airlines, or a combination with ground transport.
How will I know where my shipment is?
You can follow the AWB through the airlines’ tracking platforms and through our customer portal, where the status, the flight dates and the documents sit together. We confirm pickup and departure and we tell you when something changes. On critical shipments we update at every milestone; on regular ones, as each stage advances.
What service options do you offer?
Airport to airport, airport to door, door to airport and door to door. Around the air movement we can add pickup, ground transport, airport handling, customs clearance, temporary storage, distribution and tracking, so you take as much or as little of the operation as you need.
What is a hand carrier?
A courier who travels with your cargo the whole way and hands it over in person. It is the option when stopping a production line costs considerably more than the transport, and we coordinate it when the operation justifies it and there is availability.
